Staffing RecruiterWe are seeking a motivated Staffing Recruiter to help source, interview, and place qualified candidates with our clients. This role is fast-paced, people-focused, and perfect for someone who loves matching great talent with great opportunities.Responsibilities:Source and screen, call, and schedule potential employees for interview, through job boards, referrals and outreachCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesDevelop and maintain relationships with customers and external recruitment agencies and job boards to attract top talentDaily cold calling and inputting into a simple Excel spreadsheetConduct interviews with qualified candidates to determine strategic job placement based on skills/experienceManage onboarding steps (background checks, paperwork, start dates and job details)Implement company culture, values and policiesProvide management with requested reports and documentsAccurately maintain employee files in an applicant tracking systemQualifications:Strong knowledge of and experience with human resources principles and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, organized and detail-orientedProficient in cold calling techniques to source potential candidatesPrevious experience in Human Resources, recruiting, marketing or other related fieldsKnowledge of labor and employment lawsAbility to build rapport with all employees and customersComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong multi-tasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills2 years experience preferredSchedule: Monday-Friday, in-office, 8:00am-5:00pm
