Maintains knowledge of current industry trends on finishes, furnishings, lighting, etc. for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Demonstrates strong capabilities in handling and overseeing a project from concept through final installation. Demonstrates strong capabilities of working in a team environment with the ability to manage entry level team members. On-site coordination with owner, architect, general contractors and sub-contractors. Prepare all input for FF+E purchasing, order process, tracking, and receiving. Proficient in Revit, AutoCad, and Adobe Photoshop.
