Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob SummaryDoubleTree by Hilton Wilmington is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role assists in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Hilton brand cleanliness and service standards.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operationsInspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness and quality standardsAssign daily tasks and monitor staff productivityTrain new housekeeping team members on Hilton standards and proceduresEnsure timely room turnover and coordinate with Front Desk on room status updatesMaintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and linensAddress guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptlyFollow all hotel safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelinesAssist Executive Housekeeper with scheduling and departmental organizationQualificationsPrevious housekeeping or hotel supervisory experience preferredHilton brand experience is a plusStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidaysExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs during shiftsBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceHilton travel discountsPaid time offOpportunities for growth within Hilton brand hotelsApply TodayJoin the team at DoubleTree by Hilton Wilmington and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable experience for every guest.
